What counts as a generation?
A generation is one completed visual output returned by the API. For example, one hair-color preview, one beard styling result, one makeup preview, or one image-editing result counts as one generation.
Do failed jobs count?
No. If a job fails because of an API-side error and no usable output is produced, it should not count as a billable generation. If the input is invalid, blocked by policy, or repeatedly submitted incorrectly, we may reject it before processing.
Why is Global Snap cheaper than general image-editing models?
Global Snap is optimized for repeat app workflows such as hair try-on, beard styling, makeup previews, and controlled image edits. By narrowing the API around these product flows, we can price for recurring usage instead of one-off creative generation.
Can I use Global Snap for a consumer mobile app?
Yes. The API is designed for mobile apps, web apps, salon tools, beauty platforms, e-commerce previews, and other consumer products that need production-ready visual transformations.
Do you support webhooks?
Yes. The public API shape supports async jobs and webhook callbacks, so your app can create a job, receive a job ID, and get notified when the result is ready.
Can we get custom styles or presets?
Yes. Growth and Enterprise customers can use custom presets for recurring looks such as balayage, beard density, salon styles, brand-specific makeup looks, or marketplace-specific transformations.
Is there a free trial?
During early access, trial credits are reviewed case by case. Request access and include your app type, expected monthly volume, and the transformations you want to test.
Can Enterprise customers get dedicated GPU capacity?
Yes. Enterprise plans can include reserved capacity, deployment planning, stronger SLAs, and private deployment options depending on volume and technical requirements.
